Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• You must provide photo evidence of the defect.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Slight color variations due to screen differences

• General wear and tear

If your item arrives defective, please email us at info@mg.bestprintsintown.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos clearly showing the issue

If approved, we will provide instructions for replacement.
